List Pending C2C Connection Requests (Paginated)

GraphQL endpoint: /user

Lists the connection requests the calling user has sent to other users that are still PENDING; requests that were already responded to are excluded. Results are cursor-paginated: pass limit and the previous page's nextCursor as cursor to fetch the next page.
